This review has been a long time coming, but let me start by saying we are so pleased with our experience with North Point Design + Build. They provided excellent service & quality work for a massive, 4500 sq. ft. renovation of our home on Lake Lanier. After a devastating pipe burst left all three floors, and every room but two, with water damage, we were in dire need of a reliable construction company with a great reputation to rebuild and restore our property. We were fortunate to come across North Point Design + Build, and from the first interaction to the completion of the project, they exceeded our expectations. A few things are essential to me when I'm choosing a company to work with: * Underpromise and over-deliver. * Do what you say you're going to do. * Show up on time. They were consistent with all three. From a design aspect, Whitney was excellent in helping us make design selections based on the look and design we loved. We wanted to keep some aspects of the existing design and then update the kitchen, and somehow, my husband snuck a golf simulator room into the project. With such an extensive reno, there were so many decisions to be made, and we could not have done it without her. She was wonderful! When it came to the construction and rebuild process, Jensen was great in communicating the timeline for the project and what was happening from week to week. North Point Design + Build has assembled a fantastic group of vendors/ sub contractors who delivered on their promises. From the cabinetry company to the painters to the electricians, it was refreshing to work with consistently punctual and dependable professionals. The reliability helped put us at ease. Thanks to North Point Design + Build, our home has been restored, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Jensen was professional, punctual, on schedule and really easy to work with. His wife Whitney helped me on a few decisions too! I would work with him again and recommend him for any build or remodel. Great job!

North Point Renovations recently completed the conversion of a basement to a living area for my husband and I that exceeded our expectations. We wanted a complete buildout which required a new kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, a hidden pantry, multi-purpose room and a patio. Jensen and Whitney listened closely to what we were hoping to accomplish, assessed the space, and provided us with various design options. There were several phases to this project and both Whitney and Jensen exhibited a high level of professionalism at all times. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and have great vision. Whitney provided her expertise throughout every detail of the design process including flooring, selection of appliances, color scheme, etc. She has impeccable taste. Jensen is a great contractor. He is nimble, provided frequent updates, and was always enthusiastic. Jensen and Whitney are committed to their work which allows them to be a great team. It was a pleasure working with them both. We love our new space.
